SMS Text Banking
To enroll, simply text "ENROLL CHESBANK" from your mobile device to 39257. We'll call you within two business days to verify your account information and activate the service. Upon activation, text any of the following commands to 39257 as needed (no login credentials are necessary). Commands are not case-sensitive. Note, SMS Text Banking will not work if you have an automated signature set up on your mobile device.
- Text - ENROLL CHESBANK
- Balance (all enrolled accounts) - BAL
- Balance (multiple accounts/per account) - BAL + LAST FOUR DIGITS OF ACCOUNT (BAL 3465 or BAL Pseudo Name)
- History (last five transactions for all enrolled accounts) - HIST
- History (multiple accounts/per account) - HIST + LAST FOUR DIGITS OF ACCOUNT (HIST 3465 or HIST Pseudo Name)
- XFER (transfer between active SMS accounts) - XFER + From Acct + To Acct + Amount
- Ex. - (XFER ck1 ck2 1.00 or XFER (last four) (last four) 5.00) ** Returns Confirmation # 061311084530 (MonthDayYearHoursMinutesSeconds)
- HELP (returns list of commands) - BAL, HIST, STOP, XFER, etc.
- SUSPEND or STOP (immediately suspends the SMS Service for the enrolled user) - SUSPEND or STOP
