Process a Swipe Sale

  • From the main menu, enter the amount of the sale the select Next
  • Swipe card through the reader
  • The transaction will process at this point
  • Hand the device to customer to sign
  • Select E-MAIL
    • Enter the e-mail address if required
    • Add the customer information if you would like
  • Select Complete

Process a Manual Sale

  • From the main menu, enter the amount of the sale and select Next
  • Select Key In Card
  • Enter the Card Number and select Next
  • Enter Expire Date and select Next
  • Enter Cardholder Name and select Next
  • Enter Security Code from back of card or select Illegible or Not Present then Next
  • Select Present or Not Present when prompted 'Is cardholder present?'
  • Enter ZIP code and select Next
  • The transaction will process at this point
  • Hand the device to Customer to sign
  • Select E-MAIL
    • Enter the e-mail address if required
    • Add the customer information if you would like
  • Select Complete

Process a Return

  • From the main menu, select the 3 line Drop Menu
  • Select Transactions
  • Select the required transaction
  • Select Refund Transaction
  • Enter the amount to be returned or select Return Full Amount
