Process a Swipe Sale
- From the main menu, enter the amount of the sale the select Next
- Swipe card through the reader
- The transaction will process at this point
- Hand the device to customer to sign
- Select E-MAIL
- Enter the e-mail address if required
- Add the customer information if you would like
- Select Complete
Process a Manual Sale
- From the main menu, enter the amount of the sale and select Next
- Select Key In Card
- Enter the Card Number and select Next
- Enter Expire Date and select Next
- Enter Cardholder Name and select Next
- Enter Security Code from back of card or select Illegible or Not Present then Next
- Select Present or Not Present when prompted 'Is cardholder present?'
- Enter ZIP code and select Next
- The transaction will process at this point
- Hand the device to Customer to sign
- Select E-MAIL
- Enter the e-mail address if required
- Add the customer information if you would like
- Select Complete
Process a Return
- From the main menu, select the 3 line Drop Menu
- Select Transactions
- Select the required transaction
- Select Refund Transaction
- Enter the amount to be returned or select Return Full Amount
