About Tracy
Tracy Pastella serves Chesapeake Financial Shares as our Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Risk and Internal Audit. She began her career with us in 2004 and has been in the financial Industry since 1994. She is a graduate of Christopher Newport University, Canon Financial Institute Internal Audit School, Virginia Bankers Association Executive Leadership Institute, and CCL Leadership Development Program.
She is currently the co-chair of the Virginias Bankers Association ERM and Security Committee. She is a Board Member of the ABA Compliance Schools Advisory Board.
She holds the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, Certified Fraud Examiner, Accredited ACH Professional, and Certified Financial Services Auditor designations.
