Thomas works as the Outreach Officer at Chesapeake Bank. Thomas has over 20 years of managerial and customer service experience. His role is to focus on connecting the resources of the bank to our communities, through financial education, community involvement, new homeowner education, and nonprofit partnerships giving the unbanked and underbanked a secure and safe way to have access to their money.

The times I get to listen to their stories about where they are and where they want to be in the future help me to find ways to assist them in reaching their financial goals. This also gives me the opportunity to develop relationships that are more than just customer and employee. Sometimes I get to be a part of their lives.”
