Paula directs the marketing for Chesapeake. She began her career with us 19 years ago and has been in banking for 26 years. She has gathered experience with customer service, lending, financial planning, and marketing through working in a bank call center, serving customers in a retail branch, and holding marketing research and business development roles. She holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. degree in Marketing Management from Grove City College, Pennsylvania. She is also a 2006 graduate of the American Bankers Association’s School of Bank Marketing and Management at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois and obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from Cornell University in 2018. Additionally, in 2007 she was awarded the Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers (ICB) which is sponsored by the ABA.
Paula has served and continues to serve her community as past fundraising chair and board member for the YMCA, Vestry member of St. John’s Episcopal Church, and current treasurer of the community pool. She is active in her church with fundraising and outreach efforts.
